What we do
ApplyOnce is a conversational application flow for employers. Candidates upload a CV, confirm extracted details, answer only the questions for that role, and submit — usually in about a minute. Recruiters get a structured package: CV, profile, answers, files, and review status.
We do not replace your ATS. Workday (or your system of record) keeps the requisition, candidate master record, stage, offer, and hire. ApplyOnce collects the evidence layer that hiring teams actually need to move forward.
